This modern (the living room and kitchen have been opened up to one another, and a new built-in kitchen has been installed) vacation home, with approximately 60 m² of living space, is fully equipped to accommodate up to 5 people. 1 bedroom with a single bed on the first floor, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds on the upper floor, a large living room with a cozy corner sofa, 2 rocking chairs, a dining area, 1 flat-screen TV, and direct access to the large patio and garden; fully equipped kitchen (oven, 4-burner stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer), 1 shower with toilet, hair dryer, washing machine, non-smoking home, no pets, parking space right next to the house.
Special Features
The house was renovated in January 2026; the kitchen was opened up to the living room, and a new, modern built-in kitchen was installed. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A free beach chair is available for your stay on the beach (starting in May, subject to the beach chair rental company’s availability—please contact us). Parking for 2 cars; 2 fully furnished terraces where you can enjoy the morning and evening sun. Enjoy the spaciousness and openness of our vacation homes and the relaxing atmosphere by the North Sea.
