Apartment in a prime location in Duhnen, directly behind the dike at the southern end of the sandy beach on the bike and hiking trail to Sahlenburg; quiet location in the back house with private garden area to the south and west and large covered terrace (with table and 5 chairs). Living-dining room with very well equipped kitchen (Miele dishwasher, Neff oven with ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster) and access to the terrace, large HD Smart TV, fast internet, WiFi, HD projector with Surround system for home theater. Bedroom with high quality box spring bed and access to the terrace2. Bedroom with bunk bed and single bed, table with 3 seats, HD Smart TV - both bedrooms have shutters and are completely darkened. Disabled-friendly bathroom with walk-in shower, bidet and hair dryer. An extra guest toilet is also available.
In addition, the object has a bicycle room with socket for battery charging and a washing machine in the basement.
The apartment is about 150 meters from the beach (with beach bistro) and 250 meters from the Ahoy water park with a great sauna world and wave pool (next to very good Greek restaurant) and 450 meters from the center of Duhnen away.

Super tolle Wohnung. Top gepflegt, wie das gesamte Haus. Es gibt aus unserer Sicht rein nichts zu bemängeln. Wir kommen wieder.

Die Wohnung war toll gelegen. Gleich hinterm Deich war auch schon die Nordsee. Es war sehr sauber, die Küche komplett ausgestattet, alles sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung Windjammer 5 ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben schon 2 x wunderschöne Tage in der wirklich sauberen und modernen Wohnung verbracht. (Sommer 2018 und Herbst 2020) Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, genau so wie das Wohnzimmer mit guter TV- und Musikausstattung. Die Terasse liegt nach hinten raus und somit nicht zur Straße. Es ist wirklich ein Katzensprung zum Strand, zum Schwimmbad AHOI und ein schöner Spaziergang zum "Zentrum" von Duhnen, mit allem was benötigt wird. Als Familie haben wir uns über zwei Badezimmer gefreut und die ebenerdige Wohnung. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal wieder!

Wohnung entsprach zu 100% dem Angebot.
Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.
An- und Abreise waren problemlos möglich. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden. Lediglich die Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein (Duschwand löst sich Gummi ab, 1 Schrankschloss defekt und staubig) sonst 1A!!!
