The 3-room apartment, with approximately 75 m² of living space, is fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 people. 1 bedroom with a double bed, 2nd bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), living room with a built-in kitchen (ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator), 1 satellite TV, 1 large balcony (north-facing, with a direct view of the lake), indoor pool, elevator, parking space directly in front of the building. No pets allowed; non-smoking.
