Surrounded by a shared garden, this practical studio apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 3-storey building. The main living space incorporates a small kitchen and is furnished with a double bed and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a Moka coffee machine, a cooker hob and a fridge.
