The property includes a large private garden, with courtyard furnished with table and chairs to eat outdoors with a nice barbecue for your outdoor evenings. Present: TV, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fans, mosquito nets in all rooms. The villa is also equipped with a valuable private parking space.
The exceptional location of the villa is ideal for those looking for a holiday of tranquility and relaxation, with the sea within walking distance. In front of the house you will find rocky coves, followed by a bathing establishment, the Ancora, just 500 meters away. A short distance away is the beach of Gabbiano, in front of the Hotel Roccaruja, and a little further the famous beaches of Pelosa and Pelosetta.
For greater convenience, in the immediate vicinity of the villa, you will find the bus stop that will lead you to the characteristic village of Stintino and the beautiful beaches of the area, including the most remote.
