Surrounded by a shared garden, this practical studio apartment is situated on the ground floor of a 3-storey building and provides a multifunctional living space. Ideal for groups of friends or family, this area incorporates a small kitchen and is furnished with a dining table, a double bed, a single bed with a pull-out, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a Moka coffee machine, a cooker hob, a microwave and a fridge.
