The Space:
Set on a quiet mountainside lot in the hip and highly sought-after hamlet of Kerhonkson, this charming boho-chic retreat offers the perfect blend of style, privacy, and easy access to the best of the Catskills and Hudson Valley. Located on a dead-end road and surrounded by trees, the property feels peaceful and secluded, with an open landscape, private pond, and plenty of room to unwind outdoors.

A cozy wood stove offers a warm central gathering place for cold nights, while sliding doors connect the main living space directly to the deck and hot tub for seamless indoor-outdoor living. The comfortable first guest room features a queen bed, and shares a bathroom with standing shower with the living area. Down the hall, the beautifully renovated primary suite is a true highlight, offering a king size bed, soaring ceilings, a soaking tub, separate shower, water closet, and a private office space for work-from-home stays.
