Your stay includes exclusive access to all three wonderful buildings on the property:
1. MAIN HOUSE: Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, it is designed for comfort and gathering.
2. GUEST HOUSE: Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering a wonderful private retreat for members of your party.
3. POOL: Open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend!
BEDROOM & BATHROOM DISTRIBUTION
MAIN HOUSE
Bedroom 1 (Primary): Features a luxurious king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower.
Bedroom 2: Features a comfortable queen-size bed with convenient access to a shared hallway bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Features a comfortable queen-size bed with convenient access to a shared hallway bathroom.
GUEST HOUSE
Bedroom 4: Features a spacious king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower.
Bedroom 5: Features a spacious king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower.
PARKING & VEHICLES
To maintain the peace and preserve our grounds, a maximum of six (6) guest vehicles is permitted, with up to four (4) at the Main House and two (2) at the Guest House. Please note that commercial vehicles are reserved exclusively for approved service providers. Additionally, to ensure smooth circulation and preserve our natural grounds, please park only in the designated parking spaces on the property.
WELCOME TO YOUR STAY!
This rental includes both the main house and guest house, comfortably accommodating up to ten guests. For winter travel, we recommend a 4WD vehicle with snow tires to ensure a safe and seamless journey through the scenic seasonal landscape.
NATURAL GROUNDS & GARDENS
Our property features two native grass and wildflower meadows, located near the Guest House and the Main House—which we lovingly hand-weed and re-seed to restore their natural beauty. As these areas are intentionally left unmowed, you can enjoy their wild, organic charm. Additionally, our outdoor herb and vegetable garden near the guest house receives tender care during bi-weekly visits on Wednesdays.
PROPERTY UPDATES
Please note that the outdoor pool is open for your enjoyment from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Additionally, the outdoor kitchen in the pool house is currently undergoing updates to get it fully up and running again. We truly appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance your future outdoor dining experiences!
DEPARTURE & CHECK-OUT
To ensure our team can prepare the home flawlessly for our next guests, check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that an overtime fee of $50 per half-hour will apply for departures past this time. We deeply appreciate your cooperation and hope you have an unforgettable stay!

Thank you, team, for a wonderful stay at Hudson Woods. The property and homes were beautiful and fit our needs perfectly.
The only feedback we have is that we wish we had known the pool would be closed for the weekend. Everyone brought swimsuits and we had planned an afternoon around it, but had to pivot once we arrived. I later found the note about the closure that was briefly on the Breezeway platform, but it wasn’t clear without searching.
We were also notified that a noise sensor went off one night. We had checked from outside before playing music and couldn’t hear anything, so it was surprising that the sensor flagged us. It may be overly sensitive, as we were confused about why it was triggered.
Otherwise, everything was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay!
