About this cottage rental

Pandia feels like a house from a storybook — a light-filled country home tucked within three acres of enchanting, unfenced gardens, where flower-lined paths wind through rhododendrons, beech woodland, and open onto wide, sun-dappled lawns. Sleeping five guests, with pets warmly welcomed and ample parking, Pandia is perfect for couples, families, and lovers of nature. Inside, exposed wooden beams and soft natural light lend the open-plan ground floor a warm, timeless charm. The kitchen, dining, and sitting area sit together beneath the beams, with a glowing open fire inviting long, unhurried evenings of reading, conversation, and unwinding. Upstairs, open-tread stairs lead to three charming bedrooms — one double, one twin, and one single — all with characterful sloping ceilings, alongside a family bathroom with shower over bath. Step outside and enjoy morning coffee to birdsong or peaceful afternoons exploring the gardens before wandering down to the tiny hamlet and church of Warleggan. With acres to roam, it’s a true paradise for dogs — a place where both people and paws can truly relax. Pandia is also ideally situated for touring the charming fishing villages of Cornwall's south coast like Polperro and Looe, and the magnificent beaches and cliffs of the north coast like Constantine Bay and Bedruthan Steps. Located in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), Pandia is close to Golitha Falls, Lanhydrock House, Camel Valley Vineyards, and Pencarrow House and many other attractions. On the moor less than a mile away you can walk up Carburrow Tor. Marvel at the Neolithic viewframe which frames Rough Tor perfectly and trace the Neolithic processional pathway between the viewframe and one of the Bronze Age barrows. Enjoy pony trekking, fishing, kayaking, and wonderful cycle paths along the Camel Trail, and mountain biking at Lanhydrock. Visit St Neot, which boasts a fine church with Medieval glass. Also with Trevenna nearby, it is the ideal cottage to stay if attending a wedding or occasion for which a taxi service could also be available.
