The vacation rental is cozy, modern, and practically furnished. It measures 40 m² and sleeps 2 people. The apartment is located on the first floor and has a barrier-free, separate entrance off the private sun terrace. It features a bedroom with a double bed and a closet, a bright kitchen-living room with a dining area and a cozy sitting area, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to cook for yourself if you’d like—a ceramic cooktop with an exhaust hood, a coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The living area is equipped with a TV with cable, a radio with a CD player, and, of course, Wi-Fi.
An initial supply of bed linens and towels is included in the price. A high chair and a crib are available upon request at no extra charge, as well as a private parking space. The barbecue area and playground equipment are available for use by all guests. In the utility room, you’ll find a washing machine and a dryer, which can be used for a fee.
Relax on the sun terrace after a fun day of swimming at the nearby beach, wonderful bike rides, or even a sailing trip from the Baaber Bollwerk—right around the corner from us. The apartment is the perfect starting point for exploring Mönchgut, the Baaber Heide Nature Reserve, and the island.

Note regarding the visitor’s tax: As hosts, we are required to collect the visitor’s tax directly. To make the process more convenient for you, we will use an electronic registration system (AVS). Before we register you in the AVS registration system, we will contact you personally by phone or email to obtain the necessary information and answer any questions you may have. Before your stay, you will receive your visitor’s card via email. This card allows you to use public facilities and participate in events. Mönchgutblick Vacation Rental with Terrace and Beach Chair—2 Adults and 1 Child:

The vacation apartments feature modern, inviting furnishings. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen-living room with a kitchenette, a shower/toilet, and a private terrace with a beach chair, a table, and 4 chairs.
In the kitchen area, you’ll find a kitchenette equipped with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and all necessary cooking utensils, as well as a table with 4 chairs. A dish brush, dish towel, and a small amount of dish soap are included.
The living area consists of a couch with a coffee table and a pouf, as well as an IP TV, a radio with a CD player, a reading nook, and a cabinet with board games. 
The initial supply of bed linens and towels is included in the price, as are the crib and high chair. Please bring your own bedding for the crib. 
The garden, with its barbecue area and playground, is free for all guests and accessible at any time.
Smoking is permitted on the patio and in the outdoor areas.
Parking at the house is free of charge.
There is a shared utility room in the house where a washing machine and dryer are available for use for a fee.

On the lovely terrace, you’ll find a beach chair all to yourself and a table with 4 chairs.
