The main level features an open living and dining area with large windows overlooking Devils Lake. Relax on the comfortable furnishings, enjoy a movie, or gather for meals while taking in the peaceful waterfront setting.



The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, dishes, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.

All three bedrooms are located upstairs, providing a comfortable separation between sleeping areas and the main living space.

GOOD TO KNOW



Lakefront Townhome: Lakefront Oasis is one of three individually operated townhomes in a small lakefront building. It shares just one wall with a neighboring unit. Your indoor living spaces, private deck, and hot tub are exclusively yours.



Shared Waterfront Amenities: The dock and lakeside fire pit are shared with guests staying in the other two townhomes.



Stairs: This is a two-story home with all bedrooms upstairs. Stairs are also required to reach portions of the waterfront area, including the dock and fire pit.



Parking: Two dedicated parking spaces are provided in tandem directly in front of the garage.



Water Safety: Devils Lake is a natural body of water with changing conditions. Children must be supervised near the shoreline and dock. Guests use the kayaks, paddleboard, and other waterfront amenities at their own risk. Life jackets are provided and should be worn when using watercraft.



Pets: This property does not allow pets.



Self-Check-In: Enjoy convenient keyless entry with a personalized door code provided before your arrival.



Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



Check-In: After 4:00 PM.

Check-Out: Before 11:00 AM.



Maximum Occupancy: 7 guests.
