Welcome to this newly renovated and beautifully decorated ocean-view condo, ideally located on the 3rd floor at 12th St. in the heart of the Boardwalk. This 1-bedroom, 1-bath unit offers a refreshing ocean breeze you can enjoy right from your living space.
Step outside and enjoy everything the Boardwalk has to offer—airshows, fireworks, car shows, and lively entertainment. You’re within walking distance of restaurants, shops, nightlife, amusement parks, and water activities. Pet-friendly, too!
Relax and take in ocean views from your balcony, where you can hear the soothing sound of the waves and feel the refreshing Atlantic breeze. This inviting condo features an open-concept layout, making it an ideal space for gathering, entertaining, or simply enjoying quality time with family and friends.

We proudly welcome your furry family members year-round at our property! Up to two well-behaved, house-trained dogs or cats are allowed year-round with a one-time $75 pet fee per stay. Please note that, per Ocean City regulations, pets are not permitted on the beach or Boardwalk from May 1 through September 30, but are welcome from October 1 through April 30. Unattended pets must be crated.
This recently renovated condo is fully equipped for your comfort, featuring stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and traditional coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, and a fully stocked kitchen. Additional amenities include an outdoor foot shower and access to an indoor pool (open from Memorial Day through October 15).
Enjoy modern conveniences such as self check-in with a keypad, high-speed WiFi, and two large 65’ flat-screen HDTVs. The building also offers elevator access, one reserved parking space, and an additional guest space (first come, first served), along with nearby street parking.
The unit comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The spacious living room includes a cozy couch that converts into a queen-size sleeper sofa. The bedroom features a twin -over-twin bunk bed along with an additional queen bed, plus a large 65’ flat-screen TV.
This property is ideal for families, married couples, or responsible adults over the age of 24.
You’ll be within walking distance or a short drive to numerous restaurants, shops, nightlife spots, and attractions, including amusement parks, water activities, and the convention center.
