Guests will have full access to the entire home and all of its amenities. Inside, you’re welcome to enjoy the spacious living areas, kitchen, dining space, and bedrooms. The game area with table tennis and air hockey is all yours to enjoy.



Outside, you’ll have private access to the backyard, including the pool (not heated), hot tub, and plenty of seating areas to relax and gather. Every part of the home is set up for your comfort, so you can make the most of your stay.



The Neighborhood:

This home is nestled in the desirable Casas Adobes area of Tucson, known for its quiet charm, desert scenery, and beautiful mountain views. You’ll be just minutes away from some of Tucson’s best golf, trails, and local dining, making it the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience.



Getting Around:

⛳ Golf lovers will enjoy being only a 5–7 minute drive from the Omni Tucson National Resort & Spa, home to two championship courses, a spa, and dining options.

🚴‍♂️ For biking and walking, the Chuck Huckelberry Loop and Cañada del Oro River Park Trail are both within 10 minutes, offering scenic paths with mountain views.

🌵 Nature enthusiasts can explore Tohono Chul Park (about a 10–12 minute drive), a botanical garden and desert preserve filled with trails and art.

Please note that the property is located in the desert and near the mountains, where encounters with local wildlife (such as insects, lizards, snakes, or small animals) are a normal part of the environment. For your safety, we ask that you keep a respectful distance from any wildlife you may see on or around the property. In most cases, they pass through on their own without issue.

If you ever feel that wildlife poses an immediate threat for example, if it is in high-traffic areas like near the pool, patio, or entryways; please contact us right away so we can assist.



📌Please note that a section of the property fence currently has pre-existing damage, and we are already aware of the issue. We are actively working on fixing the fence as soon as we can. As this property is located in Arizona desert surroundings, occasional wildlife sightings — including javelinas — may occur in the area and may sometimes pass near or along the fence line. They typically do not approach guests or enter occupied spaces, but we do encourage guests to remain aware, avoid feeding or approaching wildlife, and supervise children outdoors at all times. Thank you for your understanding!



🚫 No Pets: This home maintains a pet-free environment to ensure the comfort of guests with allergies or sensitivities.



☀️ Arizona can experience extreme heat, especially during the summer. Our air conditioning system is designed to maintain a comfortable temperature, but during periods of excessive heat, it may take longer to cool the space to your desired level. We appreciate your understanding and encourage mindful energy use.
