About this apartment rental
Welcome to the Sonnenschein Vacation Rental—your retreat high above the rooftops of Horumersiel
High up on the 5th floor, a very special vacation spot awaits you: The lovingly furnished Sonnenschein vacation apartment combines coziness, functionality, and a breathtaking view across 32 square meters—perfect for two people looking to escape the daily grind.
As soon as you walk in, you’ll feel the relaxed atmosphere of this charming one-room apartment. A cozy sofa and two chairs invite you to enjoy meals together or spend relaxing evenings. The comfortable double bed (160 × 200 cm) with separate mattresses ensures restful nights after long walks along the North Sea.
The adjoining kitchenette offers everything you need to prepare your own meals: a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and a refrigerator—ideal for whipping up little treats. The compact yet well-equipped bathroom reliably supports you through your daily morning routine.
The absolute highlight is the spacious balcony: Here you can enjoy the sun, breathe in the fresh North Sea air, and let your gaze wander into the distance—a place to take a deep breath and unwind.
You can easily reach your accommodation by elevator or via the staircase. A parking space right in front of the building, as well as practical amenities like a trash chute on your floor, make your stay even more comfortable.
Another plus: The building’s indoor pool is available to you year-round—perfect for relaxing, no matter the weather.
Enjoy a relaxing stay at the Sonnenschein vacation rental—small, charming, and full of moments of well-being.
Wi-Fi is a complimentary amenity and is neither part of the offer nor a guaranteed feature of the vacation rental. Due to temporary disruptions, there may be rare instances when Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please keep this in mind when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.
High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You will need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1x high-quality premium bedding set, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed, 1 large shower towel, 1 small hand towel, and, in addition, for each vacation rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked), 1 shower mat (per bathroom), and 2 dish towels.
The municipal visitor’s fee (tourist tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The visitor’s fee is collected and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travelers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
We are happy to offer you optional services such as laundry packages, “Check-in from 1:00 p.m. instead of 4:00 p.m.” or “Check-out by 12:00 p.m. instead of 10:00 a.m.,” and many other services:
