The North Sea beach and the swimming pool are only 5 minutes away on foot.
The 35 m² apartment is located on the 2nd First floor of the house and is divided as follows:

Es war wieder alles Top. Wohnung ist sehr schön alles vorhanden was man braucht. Zum Stadtkern 1 Minute und zum Strand 5 Minuten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig!! Das Reinigungspersonal sollte mehr auf Staub und Spinnweben achten! Die Couch im Wohnzimmer müsste mal gegen eine neue ausgetauscht werden!! Die Lage der Wohnung ist super!!!!

Saubere und modern eingerichtete Wohnung, gut ausgestattet in zentraler Lage.
Aber: Auf dem Balkon gab es keine Beleuchtung, Kabel vorhanden, Lampe fehlt.
Dafür gab es aber einen gefiederten Mitbewohner (Taube) in einem Nest oberhalb des Rollokastens.
Das ist unmöglich, ist doch bestimmt bei Reinigungsarbeiten aufgefallen!
Persönliches Fazit: einmal und nie wieder!
