Wir haben nur 3 Nächte gebucht. Der Wohnung ist sauber, klein aber fein. Modern , schlicht möbliert . Wir sind zufrieden. Küche hat alle wichtigste Hilfsmittels. Über alles vom Besitzer gedacht. Von der Wohnung zum Zentrum ca. 80 m. Vielleicht kleinen Typ : am besten ein Tag früher Abendessenplatz reservieren. Sonst hat ihr etwas schwierig in Seison ( besnders am Wochenende) was freies zu finden.

Sehr schöne und modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Waren leider nur 3 Nächte/ 4 Tage da. Lässt sich auf jeden Fall länger aushalten ;-)... Strand und die Umgebung von Horumersiel sehr schön. Zudem ist alles sehr gut und schnell erreichbar (Jever / Wilhelmshaven)

Es ist eine hübsche kleine Wohnung die sehr zentral liegt. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Direkt neben dem Gebäude liegt ein Mutter-Kind-Haus. Man muss also mit spielenden Kindern rechnen. Auch schon morgens um 7:00 Uhr. Ein kleines Manko war der Wlan Empfang in der Wohnung. Der könnte besser sein. Ansonsten würde ich die Wohnung weiter empfehlen und auch selber wieder buchen.

Saubere und modern eingerichtete Wohnung, gut ausgestattet in zentraler Lage. Aber: Auf dem Balkon gab es keine Beleuchtung, Kabel vorhanden, Lampe fehlt. Dafür gab es aber einen gefiederten Mitbewohner (Taube) in einem Nest oberhalb des Rollokastens. Das ist unmöglich, ist doch bestimmt bei Reinigungsarbeiten aufgefallen! Persönliches Fazit: einmal und nie wieder!

gute Aussicht schon morgens, mitten am Zentrum und doch nicht im Trubel, alles kurzläufig zu erreichen, Leider macht das Müttergenesungswerk oder die Gaststätten auch noch nach 21 Uhr mit Aufräumarbeiten und Flaschen entwerten Krach.

Die Wohnungsgröße ist für zwei Personen ausreichend und die Räume gut geschnitten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, so dass Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in naher Umgebung sind. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief problemlos. Ein Minuspunkt gibt es jedoch: Die Tauben haben den Balkon in Beschlag genommen, so dass dieser durch den Kot usw leider für uns gar nicht nutzbar war. Trotzdem hatten wir eine rundum gute Zeit und würden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen :)

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön. In der Küche ist alles, was man braucht. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, in nur wenigen Minuten sowohl in der Innenstadt als auch am Strand. Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet. Lage ist sehr gut, nur wenige Schritte vom Dorfplatz entfernt. Großer Minuspunkt: Der Balkon inkl. Balkonmöbel scheint ein Lieblingsplatz der Tauben zu sein und war dementsprechend sehr dreckig.

Hallo! Es war absolut toll, die Fewo war super sauber und für meinen Mann und mich genau die richtige Größe. Die Lage war wirklich mega gut, drei Minuten zum Edeka, sechs Minuten ans Wasser 👍�👍�👍�! Wir sind schwer begeistert und werden uns auf jeden Fall wieder eine kleine Auszeit vom Alltag dort gönnen 😀� Das Einzige was ein ganz bißchen blöd war, wir konnten unseren Müll leider nicht entsorgen, da wir nicht in den Garten an die Tonnen rangekommen sind! Die Tür zum Garten war abgeschlossen und wir hatten keinen passenden Schlüssel an unserem Bund! Wir haben allerdings dann mit den Reinigungsdamen besprochen, das wir alles vernünftig verpackt auf den Balkon legen. Diese winzige Kleinigkeit hat uns aber nichts ausgemacht, da der Urlaub wirklich wunderschön war 🤩�!!! Liebe Grüße Christin und Pascal König
