Nähe zum Meer u.die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie die Gastronomie waren gut zu Fuss erreichbar.
Es waren nur zwei Tassen für Kaffee vorhanden.Teetassen gar nicht.Bei geöffnetem Kippfenster im Schlafzimmer war es laut ,bedingt durch den Krach küchengepolter u.laute Unterhaltungen vom Personal der nebenan liegenden Pizzeria der Küche.
