Our apartment in Horumersiel is comparable in terms of equipment and location to the apartment 'Mein Horumersiel I' on the same website. The unobstructed view from the bedroom / balcony captures the naval ship in front of the house and the charming dune landscape. The place / beach can be reached in 2-5 minutes. The apartment is on the 1st floor of an apartment building, where an elevator and a high-quality washing machine and dryer are a matter of course. Two new bicycles are available on request and free of charge. You will find a spacious living / dining area with access to the sunny balcony with awning. The bedroom is spacious, bright and - like the entire apartment - has electric blinds. It is a completely tiled non-smoking apartment. Unfortunately we cannot take pets into account.

Our apartment in Horumersiel is comparable in terms of equipment and location to the apartment 'Mein Horumersiel I' on the same website. Nach einem holprigen Start ( defekter Duschschlauch und ein Bettdecken Inlett zu wenig ) war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet . Die Lage ist klasse genau wie die Aussicht. Leider war es während unseres Aufenthalts nicht möglich das defekte Rollo im Schlafzimmer zu reparieren. Das Schlafsofa ist nicht wirklich bequem und wohl eher als Not schlag Gelegenheit zu sehen . Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super , schnell , freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Wir waren mit unserer 1,5 Jahren alten Tochter in der Wohnung. Wir sind die jährlichen Wiederholungstäter in Horumersiel. Dieses Mal haben wir uns für diese Wohnung entschieden. Die Wohnung ist schön hell und bietet genug Platz mit Kind. Unsere Tochter hatte ausreichend Platz zum Spielen. Das Schlafzimmer bietet genug Platz, um ein Reisebett mit rein zu stellen (was sogar in der Wohnung schon bereit stand, ohne dass wir es gesagt hatten: Top!). Hinzu haben alle Fenster eine Außenjalousie was im Schlafzimmer mit Kind echt toll ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief sehr gut. Die Schlüsselübergabe ebenso. Das Sofa schien neu zu sein, da es ein anderes als auf dem Foto war. Gerne wieder.

Für 2 Personen genau richtig,es ist alles vorhanden und man schläft auf den Matratzen wie im Himmel.Ich kann die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen. PS keine 3 Minuten zum Einkaufen und 10 Minuten zum Strand gemütlich zu Fuß

Sicher wären wir mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden gewesen, wenn wir nicht vorher schon ein paar Mal im gleichen Haus in "Jupps Ferienwohnung 2" Urlaub gemacht hätten. So wurden unsere Erwartungen etwas enttäuscht. Vor allem die Matratzen waren nicht so toll. Ansonsten waren es eher Kleinigkeiten. Es war sauber und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte wie immer tadellos. Wir werden wiederkommen - aber wieder in Jupps Ferienwohnung.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Horumersiel und begeistert von dieser stilvoll eingerichteten Wohnung, die sehr sauber war und es an nichts fehlen ließ. Die Lage ist hervorragend: Wie im Inserat beschrieben hatten wir sehr kurze Laufwege zum Meer und zu den Restaurants, deren Vielfalt keine Wünsche offen lässt. Der Vermieter war sehr kommunikativ, so dass vorab alle Fragen schnellstmöglich beantwortet wurden. Horumersiel ist ein kleines beschauliches Örtchen, in dem man - gerade in der Vorweihnachtszeit - viel Ruhe finden und Kraft tanken kann. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter, diese Wohnung ist überaus empfehlenswert, wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wir haben sehr schöne Urlaubstage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt - ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die elektrischen Rollläden sind an heißen Tagen sehr angenehm, vor allem auch im Schlafraum, wir konnten sehr gut schlafen. Mit den beiden Fahrrädern haben wir schöne Touren unternommen, die Gangschaltungen sind einfach zu bedienen und erleichtern das Fahren ungemein. Die ruhige Lage der Wohnung mit dem Blick zur Deichlandschaft einerseits und den Restaurants und kleinen Geschäften andererseits bietet viel Abwechslung. Offen haben die Läden auch Sonntags, zumindest in der Saison. Die 3 Minuten bis zum Bäcker (sehr leckeres Angebot!) können auch noch als "Kleiner Frühsport" verbucht werden. Vielen Dank auch an den Vermieter, die Familie Vortkamp, diese haben sich gleich nach der Buchung mit uns in Verbindung gesetzt, dabei konnten noch Details besprochen werden. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung ausdrücklich weiterempfehlen. CF + IF aus Dresden

Hallo, wir waren total positiv von der Wohnung überrascht. Die Wohnung ist wie vom Vermieter beschrieben angelegt. Von der Lage her liegt die Wohnung sehr zentral. Ich kann diese Wohnung 100 % weiterempfehlen und werde nächstes Jahr bestimmt wieder mit meiner Frau hier Urlaub machen. Gruß Manfred

Sie ist vollstaendig neu und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet; alles entspricht den Beschreibungen des Anbieters. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat ausgezeichnet funktioniert. Wir werden definitiv die Wohnung wieder buchen
