LUXURY VILLA RECENTLY COMPLETELY RENOVATED!!!
It’s perfect for a family vacation in Gran Canaria!
Contemporary decor, a garden with a private heated pool, and sunshine all day long. In the evening, you can also enjoy the outdoor space with its BBQ.
Located in a very quiet and safe area, yet very close to hiking trails, the famous Anfi Tauro golf course, the island’s best beaches, and shopping and entertainment areas such as Puerto Rico, Puerto Mogán, etc.
This spacious villa has 3 floors and is tastefully decorated. The large garden features a private heated pool, a ping-pong table, and sunshine all day long.
In the evening, you can also enjoy the outdoor space with its BBQ.
In the cool basement, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers. There’s also a large game room with a pool table and darts for kids (and adults) ;-).
On the main floor, you’ll find a large, modern kitchen with an oven/stovetop, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. Next to the kitchen is a guest restroom. The living room features two large leather sofas, a smart TV, and a large dining table. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available. On the first floor is the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and two other bedrooms (one with bunk beds) that share a bathroom. There is also a lovely terrace/balcony with mountain views. Outside, there is a large dining table and lounge chairs.
Included in the price are bed linens, shower and pool towels, and normal use of water and electricity.
The beds feature a new, high-quality memory foam mattress topper that provides exceptional comfort and a restful night’s sleep!
The entire villa and its garden are private and available for our guests’ use. Heated pool, gas grill (Weber brand), outdoor ping-pong table, pool table, darts, washing machine, dryer, etc.

Very quiet and safe residential area.
A car is highly recommended.
- Noise is not permitted at any time of day or night. The villa is located in a very quiet residential area, and guests must be considerate of the neighbors at all times. Furthermore, community rules prohibit noise at any time of day or night. After 10:00 p.m., please keep noise levels to a minimum.
- Parties are not allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
- Always return remote controls for televisions, air conditioners, fans, and outdoor awnings to their proper place.
- Visitors who are not staying at the apartment are not permitted
- If you use the grill, please clean it afterward.
- Turn off the air conditioners when you are not inside the house.
- Please do not dive or jump into the swimming pool. If water floods the area and the water level is not at the appropriate level, the heating system may be damaged.
- Please treat the house with respect and report any damage immediately; otherwise, you will be charged for it.
