In the part high there is the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, hob, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, oven, fridge with freezer...) with central island/bar It is open to the living room and dining area upstairs there is the master suite with Italian shower, bathtub and separate toilet and plus another toilet on the landing.
There is a superb shaded terrace with an outdoor dining area and gas plancha.
The guest house is accessible from the garden and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with Italian shower and toilet as well as a living room with 2 sofas, 1 of which is convertible, desk and television. The laundry room with washing machine and maintenance kit.
A beautiful and large swimming pool is open from mid-May to mid-September and heated. There are sunbeds and parasol as well as an additional outdoor dining area.
The accommodation has a travel cot with high chair and changing table.
All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. The house is equipped with fans and has central heating.
Dogs are allowed under conditions and will enjoy the 3200m2 park perfectly fenced.
During your stay you will have the visit once a week from the pool builder and the gardener for maintenance.
Christelle from the H&H concierge welcomes you in person on your arrival and departure. She will be reachable throughout your stay. Sheets and towels are available at an additional cost of €6 per person.
A certificate of holiday insurance (included in your home insurance) will be requested on arrival.
