About this house rental
The Villa "Les Citronniers" is located in a bucolic environment, a few minutes from Grignan and its famous castle, in the heart of the Drôme Provençale. On a vast plot of land fully fenced and wooded, the air-conditioned house, recently renovated, offers comfortable accommodation that can accommodate 8 people. On one level, the villa offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a summer kitchen, near the large swimming pool, a terrace with its pergola to accommodate your evenings and your holiday days!
The main accommodation consists of a sleeping area separated by a door with three bedrooms (one of which opens directly onto the garden), each furnished with a very comfortable large bed in 160x200; 2 bathrooms, one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility and 2 separate toilets, one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility. The whole house is accessible to people in wheelchairs.
The day area is composed of a large living room which adjoins the fully equipped kitchen. A small veranda on the south side overlooking the swimming pool will allow you to enjoy the light well sheltered on windy days. The light illuminates the whole house facing south. Air conditioning is installed in the kitchen, the living room and in all the bedrooms.
An F1 adjoining the main house with independent entrance allows a couple to be a little quiet: 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 140x190 bed, 1 bathroom with toilet.
Outside, you will enjoy a beautiful pergola of 35 m2 on the south side facing the large swimming pool (8mx4m open from June to September inclusive) without vis-à-vis closed by a security barrier and the sheltered summer kitchen (sink, barbecue and grill, crockery, coffee maker, toaster, table chairs...) completed by an outdoor shower to rinse off after the bath.
A sauna is available in winter. A table tennis table outside and a pool table in the living room complete the set.
Several parking spaces are available inside the grounds. The electric gate, which is therefore impassable by young children, and the pool barrier guarantee parents a security conducive to peace of mind.
We accept pets as long as they are kept away from the rooms.
