Cocoonr offers you this superb house ideally located in Bidart, between the ocean beaches and the charm of the Basque country, in a peaceful and privileged environment. Spacious, comfortable and bathed in light, it's perfect for a family holiday, within easy reach of beaches, coastal paths and the most beautiful Basque villages.
With its friendly living spaces and relaxing exterior, it's the ideal setting for a rejuvenating break, between the ocean, nature and the Basque way of life.
The accommodation is composed as follows
Ground floor:
- The house opens onto a beautiful, friendly dining area, ideal for sharing good times with the family
- A comfortable lounge with sofas and television
- A fully equipped kitchen
- A first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), television and storage space
- A shower room with shower and double washbasin
- A separate WC
Downstairs (4 steps) :
- A second shower room with shower, washbasin, washing machine and tumble dryer
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and direct access to the outside
First floor:
- A third and fourth bedroom, each with two single beds (80) that can be converted into two queen-size beds (160x200)
Outside:
- A large terrace with dining table and deckchairs, ideal for enjoying the warm weather
- An unheated swimming pool, secured by a roller shutter
- A gas griddle for outdoor meals
Staying at Villa Gaïa means you're close to Erretegia beach and the local shops.
For those who enjoy cycling, Bidart is easily accessible via the pretty cycle path.

On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it, and who will show you the Basque Country as you've never seen it before!
