About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this 98 m² air-conditioned house with sea view for rent in Pietrosella, which can accommodate up to 8 people. It comprises an attractive 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two shower rooms. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 35 m² living room with TV, sofa bed and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: one king-size bed (180×200) with sea view
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha.
Outside:
- A 15 m² terrace adjoining the kitchen, facing south/east
- A 22 m² terrace on the first floor with sea views, facing south/west.
Both terraces benefit from sea views and furniture to make the most of fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Pietrosella, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Discover the beaches of Argent, Isuledda, Ruppione and Crique des Oblades.
- Water sports: surf, paddle, kayak, pedalo, scuba diving and boat trips
- Walks and hikes along the coastal paths
- Visit the village of Pietrosella
- Tasting of local products (cheese, charcuterie, wine)
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (one vehicle).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest airport: Napoléon Bonaparte, about 15 km away

- Pets accepted free of charge. Only one small animal per stay.
