Fully air conditioned, equipped and decorated with care, without vis-à-vis, the villa of 150m ² can accommodate 10 people.
'Villa Sole Rossu' includes:
- a large cathedral living room of 70 m ² opening on terrace, swimming pool and garden
- a kitchen with pantry
- 4 bedrooms: a master suite sea view with 1 double bed 160 * 200cm and bathroom (spa bath and toilet); sea view room with 1 double bed 160 * 200cm; a room with 4 single beds 90 * 200cm (2 bunk beds and 1 trundle bed); a loft bedroom with 2 single beds 90 * 200cm
- a shower room with WC
- an independent WC
- laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer

- Spacious partially covered terrace with stone BBQ

The 'Villa Sole Rossu' is located in a very quiet environment at the end of a dead end in a residential area in the heights of Alzone.
Less than 20 minutes from Ajaccio airport, it is a central starting point to visit Corsica: Calanques of Piana, Cargèse, Filitosa, Propriano, Sartène, Bonifacio, swimming in rivers and many other wonderful sites.
The beach of Agosta is 2,5km, 5 minutes by car. The famous Silver Beach is 15min.
Small shops (pharmacy, bakery, post office, etc.) and restaurants are located on the edge of Agosta beach, Carrefour Market Porticcio 10 minutes and major shopping centers of Ajaccio 20 minutes.
Agosta dive center, nautical center, golf course and equestrian center of Porticcio 10 minutes.
From Porticcio, you can easily reach the old port of Ajaccio by boat or discover the creeks of Piana and the Scandola reserve.

Having stayed at the villa on our last trip to Corsica, we had no doubts about staying at this beautiful villa again. The second visit was just as amazing as the first and if we come back to Corsica, staying at the villa will certainly be on the bucket list again.
The house is well equipped, even for a day at the beach there are more than enough beach gear.
The house owner Christophe is always keen to make sure everything is perfect and is just a phone call or email away.
We were delighted to receive a wonderful welcome gift and Yohan, the house keeper does everything to make the stay comfortable.
Aside from that, even when the weather is not perfect, the view is absolutely gorgeous and on sunny days the view, pool and villa are unbeatable.

Almost all of the reviews speak about the beautiful view and the sunsets so we had pretty high expectations about this. But when we saw it in real life, it still took our breath away. It's unbelievable awesome.
The owner Christophe is always only a short phone call or a email away to make things even better. Communications were easy and helpful. The house and the interior are almost perfect and clean. We had everything we needed.
When we come back to Corsica, this is the place to visit again.

What an amazing stay we have enjoyed at Villa Sole Rossu.
This was our first independent villa holiday and we were a little nervous re the booking but Christophe was in touch with us immediately from the outset and also through our stay to make sure all was going well.
The property was amazing, the pictures do not do the view justice and the property is very very well equipped.
The location is excellent for those wanting to get away from it but only be a few minutes car ride from the beach and the shops.
We will be returning.
