Main Floor
Off the front door and vaulted entrance foyer is a newly carpeted sunken main living space that gets mass amounts of light all day. Separating the living room and kitchen is a pass through dining room with a coat closet and stylish powder room off it. At the back of the home is a newly renovated kitchen with a workstation sink, a filtered water faucet, a dedicated coffee bar area and all new appliances. There is a bistro table near the window for breakfast seating and an island area with an oven and cooktop. On the other side of the kitchen the room opens up to a fireplace area with an electric insert, a sitting area and a desk for a dedicated work area. Off the kitchen is the laundry room and the back door out to a small patio area with your 2 car garage.
Upstairs
Overlooking the entrance of the home is a large open loft space with a vaulted ceiling and clerestory windows with a full pullout sofa with memory foam mattress. Off this space is a full bathroom, linen closet and 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms have their own walk in closet and are styled to feel like boutique hotel rooms. Outside
The grounds of the town house are private to the resedence and because the garages are in the back there is seldom a person that walks by the front area. This makes it very nice to have the curtains and blinds open overlooking a well maintained green beltway that feels like it is your own. Off the kitchen the back door takes you out to a small patio/yard area with a patch of faux grass and a zen garden vibe. This gives access to a large private 2 car garage with ample storage in it.
*This home has many large plants in it. You do not need to care for them but please be kind to them during your stay
Guest access
The whole town house is included in this rental. This includes the front porch, the back patio /mini yard and the 2 car garage that are attached to this unit. The green belt, drive way & guest parking is shared space with inhabitants of the other town houses on this property.
