All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Reunion Resort. The amenities are outstanding. My one suggestion is that some sort of spices be left in the cupboards for guests to utilize. Thanks for a great vacation!

My husband, son and my mother loved our stay in your vacation home. The accommodations were comfortable and we felt at home. Some cons: The carpets could use a good shampoo and the baseboards, especially behind doors were dirty. Also, we did not have WiFi access which made it difficult for my son and husband to take care of business. Other than that everything was great! Now for the pros: We had plenty of room to spread out in the 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo. We loved spending time out on the balcony and at the swimming pools especially the lazy river. If you’ve never played foot golf, give it a try! We really enjoyed seeing the beautiful golf course and surrounding area while getting some exercise. The location was perfect and the gated community was so beautiful and well cared for. Bringing my mom along it was so nice having an elevator for her. Thank you for everything! I would recommend your services to others.

The condo at Reunion was very lovely, clean and quiet. The online picture are very representative of what we experienced. Nicely decorated, and a large unit which was a perfect getaway for our family trip to Disney (2 adults and 3 kids). Our stay was very nice, and I would very much recommend this condo. We'll be back!
