Welcome to Centre Court Grandeur! This condo is located in the community of Center Court Ridge in Reunion Resort. This centrally located community consists of a swimming pool, playground, miniature golf, and a superior tennis facility equipped with 6 lighted courts and a pro shop. Centre Court Grandeur is also just a short walk away from the Water Park, Seven Eagles Pool, the Cove Bar and Grill, and Fitness Center. Also, close by is the Grande hotel and clubhouse with its selection of restaurants and bars.
The dining room and living room are both furnished well and spacious. The living room has a large screened TV surrounded by plenty of seating. The dining room offers seating for 6 with a beautiful wooden dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with stained steel appliances and granite countertops to prepare an elaborate meal or a mid-day snack. There is additional seating for 4 by the kitchen bar. Through sliding glass doors there is a private balcony with beautiful relaxing views and 2 chairs.
The first bedroom is a master bedroom that is furnished with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 full over full bunk beds. Lastly, the third bedroom is a master bedroom that is furnished with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom.
The condo has free high-speed internet and free local calls. It also is smoke-free and pet-free.

The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Family with 6 kids. The facility was easy to access. The rooms and facility were beautiful, clean, and had many wonderful extras. The board games, extra towels, and stroller were very helpful and made our stay much easier. Although on the 2nd floor, the he property is spacious, and quiet. Young children could sleep while older teens watched movies. We loved the waterpark and onsite mini golf was another fun activity.
