This 3 bed, 3 bath townhome is located in the heart of Reunion Resort - Seven Eagles with the magnificent Seven Eagles 75 ft. by 45 ft. Infinity pool, "The Cove" bar and grille just a short walk away, and spectacular views of the Arnold Palmer Legacy golf course.
The open-planned living room is spacious allowing everyone to gather together and spend quality time. The kitchen is stocked with all the kitchen appliances necessary, granite countertops as well as additional seating for 4.
This is a two-level townhome, the living room and kitchen are upstairs. On the first floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, both with 2 full beds, one of them themed-decorated for the little ones of the family. Lastly, the third bedroom is located upstairs with a king bed. All 3 bedrooms have a wall-mounted TV.

The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.

We had a great 5 days! All amenities were as promised and the location was perfect! The condo was cute and as pictured. Beds were comfy and rooms were spacious as needed. Centrally located for things to do on and off property. Suggestions- add where to put full bags of garbage during the stay- there was crazy amounts of beeping through the downstairs locked door that led to sleep interruptions and annoyance.

Overall a very good stay. Being by the hotel and golf course created a parking problem as all the unreserved parking was taken every day by workers and golfers. One of the reserved spots was taken by a golfer for most of one day. Not happy about having to park close to pool and then walk back to my condo.

Extremely unaccommodating host. Require lots of steps after booking with VRBO. If you don’t complete these steps, you won’t get a lock code.WiFi didn’t work for half our stay, and when it did, it was only downstairs, where there is no family gathering space. When fixed, it still didn’t work upstairs.AC can’t be turned below 72.Need an early check-in or late check out? You better ask 72 hours in advance and she’ll out 65 for each. When shower upstairs was on, there was a leak in downstairs bathroom.Mattress is quite old. Not great for sleeping. All in all, not a great staying experience.
