An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.

This property included everything. It has tennis courts, pickleball, many swimming pools, rent bikes, fitness center.
We were able to visit Epcot for a day. We used Lyft, which cost $25 to $35 to and from Epcot.
This was a great place to stay and close to everything.
We would stay here again.

Overall our experience was really good. The property was the perfect space/size for our family of 5. The property was very clean and well maintained. The only disappointment we experienced was in regard to the resort passes that are used to access the water park, pools, fitness center, etc. Although the listing is advertised as though you will have complete access, this is not exactly true. They have a limited number of passes they can allocate and it is distributed as first come, first serve. You can purchase the access pass directly from the resort, but this was not an expense we were anticipating.

This property may have been a luxury apartment 20 years ago, but it needs a thorough cleaning- carpet was severely stained!, more attention to detail when cleaning!
