Upon entering, you will be greeted by a bright living-dining room decorated in a modern and functional style. Relax on the comfortable double sofa bed after a day of sightseeing, perfect for watching a movie on TV or planning your next adventure. The apartment has a separate room equipped with a comfortable double bed, ensuring a restful sleep.
The integrated but well-defined kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs. It has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, and dryer, as well as all the necessary utensils to make you feel at home.
Comfort is guaranteed throughout the year thanks to the air conditioning and heating system. In addition, you can stay connected at all times with the high-speed WIFI internet connection.
The building has an elevator for your total comfort, facilitating access with luggage.

* In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, passport or ID information for all guests will be requested for registration with local authorities.
* The tourist tax of €6.88 per person per night is not included in the price and will be paid upon arrival.

- Parties and events: It is not permitted to hold parties, events, or noisy gatherings in the apartment. We ask that you maintain a low noise level, especially during quiet hours (from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM), out of respect for the community's neighbors.
- Pets: Your four-legged friend is welcome! We accept a maximum of 1 pet upon prior request. We appreciate your ensuring that your pet does not cause disturbance or damage.
- Tobacco: This is a smoke-free space. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
- Apartment care: Treat the studio and its equipment with care, as if it were your own home. When leaving, please leave the apartment in a reasonable state of order and cleanliness. Make sure to turn off the air conditioning and lights.
- Security: Please always lock the door when leaving the apartment. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
