This beautifully appointed 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is a deluxe corner unit with stunning Gulf views . The condo is newly painted and updated. It is perfectly situated between the pristine beach of the Gulf Shores State Park and all the best beach attractions in Gulf Shores. Your favorite spot is sure to be the beachfront balcony with incredible views of the beach . This is an ideal spot for couples, families or even a friend’s getaway!

The space
The Royal Palms complex has many great amenities! You can step out of Royal Palms directly onto the soft white sand leading directly to the shimmering Gulf of Mexico. Kids and adults alike will enjoy splashing in the waves and building epic sand castles. If you prefer a swimming pool, Royal Palms features both an outdoor pool and heated indoor pool. An onsite hot tub, steam room and exercise room are also available. While grills are not allowed on private balconies, you will have access to community grills and picnic tables located right next to the outdoor pool. With ample parking spaces and two elevators, you will enjoy easy access to the condo.
Living Space: The combined living area and kitchen keeps everyone together with comfortable seating, a large screen TV, high top dining table and stools. The fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless appliances and an island with bar stools is perfect for family gatherings. The large sliding glass doors lead to the balcony where you will enjoy amazing sunrises and sunset s. The perfect spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or sunset cocktails. With a little luck, you will probably catch a dolphin sighting or two!
Accommodations: The condo can sleep up to six people. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a large screen TV. The newly renovated tiled bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and also a TV to keep up on the latest news. The guest bathroom has also been updated with a tiled bath/tub area. The built-in youth bunk beds are the perfect spot to tuck your kids in for a dreamy night of sleep. Upon your arrival, you can expect freshly laundered bedding and towels.
Washer and Dryer: The condo has an in-unit, apartment-sized stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. Please bring your preferred detergent with you. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE WASHING MACHINE UNATTENDED.
Starter Supplies - Included in your rate is a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, trash bags and washing pods. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand soap and toothpaste starter packs.
Beach: To make the most of the beach, be sure to bring your beach towels, chairs and sand toys. There is an open access storage room near the elevators to store these supplies when not in use. Please keep in mind this area is not secure. Seasonally, you can also rent beach chairs and umbrellas right out in front of the Royal Palms. Outdoor showers are available for you to rinse off and all beach toys without bringing sand into condo. Do not leave any items outside your door, you may get ticketed.
Parking: You may park up to two cars during your stay in the Royal Palms parking lot. The $60.00 parking fee for one car has been included in the cleaning fee so a separate bill is not required. If you need additional pass let your host know. Your parking pass will be on the kitchen counter upon your arrival. Please fill out pass and display on rear view mirror so security can see. If parking passes are not filled out it can result in a fine or vehicle can be towed. Please display this in your car at all times. Royal Palms does not allow RVs, campers, or trailers in the parking lot. We only allow 2 passes per stay.
Hangout Fest – an additional $150/ vehicle for the entire stay.
