The unit is approximately 1000 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a king bed with en suite bathroom that features a standalone shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and the hall bath features a tub/shower combo. Sleeps 6.
Royal Palms is a 14 story building located 0.9 miles East of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Royal Palms has an outdoor and indoor pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna and small fitness area. 2 car limit. Additional Parking Fee during Music Festival.

While the unit is quite dated, it is an excellent value with an outstanding view! The easy check-in, no elevator lines, and very short walk right down to the beach meant no wasted time on our vacation either. Absolutely recommend!

The view was amazing. The condo was clean with plenty of room for the three of us. My only negative is it’s time for a total refurbish. The furniture is old and the bathrooms could use updating on the showers. The kitchen could use new counter tops and cabinets. The location is also great.

Love this property. The location is fantastic being adjacent to the state park and simply taking the elevator to the beach. The grandkids loved it!

You only get 2 trash bags and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for the week. Bring your own! 13th floor is "P1", some confusion when got there and rental agency wasn't sure either. Keyless lock would be better; most have gone to this. Other than that, it was good.
