This two bedroom, two bath townhome style condo offers private parking for two cars with a private entrance. This small, 18 unit complex offers a quiet place to relax at the private, salt water pool with attached tiki hut. Rhys' place offers a private grill for guest use, and three private balconies, all with ocean views. The unique floor plan allows for a sitting room downstairs, attached to the full kitchen, with a separate living room upstairs. The downstairs bedroom offers a queen sized bed and smart TV with attached bathroom (tiled shower). The eat in kitchen offers all major appliances including a dishwasher. Attached to the kitchen is a small sitting area with a queen sized sleeper sofa, a large smart TV, and direct access to one of the three balconies. Upstairs you will find a large living area with a smart TV with attached balcony. Down the hall from the living area is the washer and dryer closet and the master bedroom. The master has its own private balcony where you can enjoy the sunrise over the ocean while laying in the king sized bed. A smart TV, large master closet, and attached bath with tub and shower round out this amazing space. Rhys' Place is a short, 10 minute walk to all of the main Gulf Shores restaurants and attractions, and direct access to Gulf State Park beaches. Rhys' Place is a privately owned condo created to honor the life of the owner's 3 year old son who passed away in 2019. Each stay at Rhys' Place allows the owners to allow a family who has also lost a child unexpectedly to stay in the condo for free. Rhys' Place is intended for families who want to enjoy the beauty of the sugar sand beaches of Gulf Shores while enjoying the privacy of a small complex.
