One of the best unobstructed, straight line Gulf Views you will see at Grand Beach Resort! The most beautiful, quiet, beach getaway. This is a 2nd floor unit. Elevators will be CLOSED starting Sept 8, 2025 due to construction renovation. There are steps with a landing just outside my door a few steps away to the parking lot***This condo Sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 small children. ( 1 queen bedroom and 1 queen sofa sleeper. Bunk beds in hall for 2 small children).

Located just one mile east of Gulf Shores famous Hangout and surrounded by our Gulf Shores State Park.

The Condo is newly painted throughout. Renovated kitchen has new backsplash, brand new microwave, brand new small appliances ie. Keurig coffee maker and Air Fryer. A Fully stocked Kitchen with new cookware and new dishes.
Blackout curtains throughout.
*No PETS allowed.
*No SMOKING or VAPING in Condo or patio deck.
*No Parties or unruly behavior. This is a family vacation destination.

Bedroom has a Queen bed. Hall has a Bunk beds,. Queen sleeper sofa in living room.
Parking passes for your vehicle must be purchased and are $50 each Max 2 passes.. Parking is limited and passes are required to be visible inside your vehicle to prevent towing.

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Our children (age 9 and 6) liked the bunk beds. We had plenty of room for our family. We loved the location on the beach—it was never crowded and we never had trouble finding a spot to set up. Great communication with property owner. Highly recommend.

Loved the condo. Lowed the location. One of the best equipped, especially kitchen appliances and cookware, condos we've rented over the years. Location is great, don't be concerned about not being directly on the beach you can see the waterline from the balcony and walk to the beach in a matter of minutes. And, with this condo on the east end of Gulf Shores near the State Park the beach is far less crowded. Property Manager also responds quickly to all inquiries which is a real plus. We plan to return for another stay.

The value was there, the construction dumpster full of household trash was not good. The smell was bad and should be removed. The condo was cute but had too many pillows and large decorations for my taste making it feel smaller inside
