Great location, updated condo, cheaper than most, had lots of beach supplies by the pool
Not enough baking dishes, floors were a bit grimy but may be normal due to beach

Price and location of the property was great!
The property was fairly dirty. Our feet were black after walking around without shoes the first evening (before any beach time). The property is in need of some serious upgrades. The main bedrooms mattress is awful, as well as the pull out mattress. The property also needs a fresh coat of paint and some TLC. Check out instructions we’re not included with my rental information. Instead, they were emailed to me the night prior to our checkout which we headed out early that morning.
