The oversized chairs let you kick back and enjoy watching the sun set in a southern fashion like we do down here in Alabama! Enjoy all of the great local restaurants or stay in for the night and cook dinner in a fully furnished kitchen. Large bedroom with a California king, bunk beds in alcove off the hallway, and a sleeper sofa in the living room makes for 6 to sleep comfortably! CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No smoking allowed.

It was wonderful; the staff was awesome, the outdoor lights were great, and we felt safe in and around the facility... We have absolutely NO complaints at all. I think we could have used a cutting board, or maybe we did not look in the right place... but we were careful not to damage any surface! The pool and hot tub were great as well. It was being taken care of promptly. Thank you so much for a wonderful, great stay!

The family and I really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It had everything we could have needed. It is right next to the beach and close to all of the neat shops Gulf Shores has to offer.

Place was absolutely gorgeous! Great host and easy check in and out! I received text throughout the stay to make sure things were good! Highly recommend! Will definitely stay again!

Had some issues with getting a parking pass and almost got towed and the couch is uncomfortable but other than that the place was very nice. It's across the street from the beach w/ ocean view from the balcony. Kids loved the pool and us adults loved the hot tub.
