My family of four (two kids, two adults) stayed for a full week in September and had the best time. The condo was as described in the pictures, had the perfect location next to the state park, was cozy/comfortable, and was very clean. We loved the balcony and spent most of our time (when we weren’t at the beach) out there. The beach was amazing, the weather was perfect, and we enjoyed seeing dolphins regularly. This was our second time renting through Bender Realty and they were great to rent through. We would stay here again!

We have been staying in this condo 10+ years. This was a first with Bender and we had a few issues upon arrival. Towel rack was broken, no linen’s for sofa bed and room dehumidifier was full and needed a new filter. Also when we moved the sleeper couch away from the wall to access an outlet it was filthy. We arrived on Sunday took pictures and were at Bender first thing Monday morning. All issues were resolved promptly with the exception of the filth behind the couch which we discovered later.
