Royal Palms 503 is located at 561 East Beach Boulevard in beautiful Gulf Shores, Alabama.
We think you need a little vitamin SEA and this newly renovated, one bedroom, two bathroom beachfront condo is just the answer! With a king size bed in the master suite, youth-sized hallway bunk beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room, there is plenty of room to accommodate up to 6 guests. A fully equipped kitchen makes enjoying meals in a breeze. You’ll feel total relaxation when you spend sometime quality time on your private balcony soaking in all the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico! There are 2 TVs, one in the living room being a smart TV, a DVD player and high speed WiFi to keep you connected while you vacation. A washer and dryer and located in the unit for your convenience.
Royal Palms is a beautiful property with lots of excellent amenities. With it’s gulf front location, you will have easy access to the white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores every day! There are both an indoor and an outdoor pool, exercise room, steam room and sauna. This property is located near the 1540 ft. Gulf State Park Fishing Pier and very close proximity to all of the best dining, shopping and recreation that the island has to offer. Please note there is a new BBQ grilling area. The building has 2 elevators for ease of access throughout.

Twin-over-twin bunk bed located at the hallway.
A sofa bed is located in the living room.

This is a great beach front condo of a couple or a family! It with in walking distance of several restaurants. The condo was very clean, well stocked kitchen if you want to cook. There were lots of towels and the bed was very comfortable. Bender Realty was very easy to work with. I can't wait to go back!

The condo was nice and accommodating although we had to rewash all the dishes prior to use because they were extremely dirty. The only other issue is that the last two days there was construction going on above us and all we heard was tap tap tap and hammering to the point we couldn't enjoy being inside the condo throughout the day! It was very disturbing and definitely not able to relax!
