About this apartment rental
A centrally located apartment with all the amenities, situated just two blocks from the Zócalo on Garcia Vigil—the most picturesque street in Oaxaca’s historic center—and within walking distance of all the historic center’s tourist attractions, as well as the best restaurants and art galleries.
The apartment is located in a gated complex of four apartments that share a common courtyard with tables where residents can socialize on a mild evening.
Access to the complex is via a small plaza that has a café and a travel agency. The café offers breakfast delivery to the apartment.
We’re available to answer any questions or provide any assistance you may need, whether in person, via Airbnb, or by phone (WA)
Oaxaca’s historic center is the best part of the city to start and end your tour of all the tourist attractions Oaxaca has to offer. To visit the historic center, you can simply get around on foot. Public transportation is available to reach most nearby towns, or you can book a tour in the area to explore various sites.
SAFETY:
Our properties have a night security guard who can assist our guests with whatever they need. If a neighbor is making too much noise, please let us know, and we’ll send the security guard immediately to ensure the rules are followed.
NOISE POLICY:
Oaxaca’s historic center is a multicultural place, full of traditions and delicious food; an essential part of our customs includes folklore and music, which can often cause unexpected noise during celebrations. In addition, some residents have dogs as guard animals and some farm animals, such as roosters.
This may disturb your sleep; with this in mind, we’ve made sure to include earplugs in the first-aid kit for you to use if needed.
CLIMATE CHANGE:
Dear guest, when confirming your reservation, please check the weather forecasts for our city during the dates you plan to visit, so you can get an idea of the current temperature and whether you should expect rain or other weather events. This will help enhance your experience. Please remember that, as mentioned above, we only have air conditioning in the bedrooms, not in the common areas
Pets - not allowed
Smoking - not allowed
