A special place!

This house is something special! It is huge! The large kitchen, dining and living spaces are wonderful and perfect for a family or large group, I came with my family, it was a relaxing and comfortable place and we really enjoyed our time here. The beds are comfortable and facilities for cooking are great. The location is good, in a nice quiet neighborhood but close to central, only a short walk away (15 mins or so). I would highly recommend!

Beautiful and spacious home within walking distance of the City Center

The location of the property was perfect -- far enough away from the noise of the center of town, but close enough that we could easily walk there. The neighborhood was great, with a fantastic bakery, several restaurants, and other businesses within a 5-minute walk. The house itself was spacious and well-appointed. The hosts were lovely, checking in throughout the stay to ensure we were happy and comfortable.

Fireworks going off randomly all night long from very nearby made it a little difficult to sleep. And there were some minor issues with the plumbing that I believe the owners intend to fix.

Relaxing haven in oaxaca

The location was perfect, 15 mins walk away from the busy city centre but quiet and surrounded by great cafés and facilities. The house was huge with a lovely outdoor space that we made good use of. We had a lovely stay

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of the City! You won´t regret staying here.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Ritual! The location is unbeatable — it’s nestled in the beautiful and vibrant Xochimilco neighborhood that really captures the spirit of the city, and we could walk to the downtown area in just minutes(my favorite part while walking was the art and murals all over the streets). The house itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, and full of charm — it felt like a true home away from home. The recommendations also were on point! There´s a cute cafe just in front of the house, and the Biblioteca Infantil, perfect for kids. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. We were truly enchanted by the place and would recommend it without hesitation to anyone visiting the city. Thank you Jude and team! You are really kind and friendly people!

The location made up for the lack of a private bath for each of 3 couples.

Location was EXCELLENT! Loved walking to Centro and around the neighborhood near the old aqueduct - so many great murals!

Should be a better explanatin of bedrooms/baths. It seems that 4 bedrooms 3baths would mean each bedroom could have a bathroom (except for the small bedroom on the main floor next to a bathroom with toilet/sink only). The upper floor has the 3 main bedrooms - the larger has a king and its own bathroom. The other two bedrooms have to share a bathroom. We finally found the other full bath actually in the garage area thru a door off the kitchen. Not sure it is really meant to be used - we didn't use it because it was so far away from the main bedrooms upstairs.

Exceptionnel

Logement exceptionnel ! Comme sur les photos, en mieux même. Les pièces sont très spacieuses, bien décorées et meublées, les lits très confortables, la petite terrasse très jolie Emplacement très légèrement excentré mais tout peut se faire facilement à pieds, petit café juste à côté.. Et grand merci encore à Jude qui a été très attentionné, réactif par messages et flexible selon nos besoins.

Nos encantó la casa. Nunca nos dimos cuenta que había un baño completo en la planta baja.

Me gustó la distribución de la casa, el concepto en general todo.

Que no había mosquiteros para poder abrir las ventanas con confianza de que no se nos metiran los mosquitos y que no había en la sala aunque fuera un sillón chico para sentarse ya que vieje con personas con problemas de rodillas qué no podían sentarse en los cojines y ni en la silla que estaba en la sala.

Nuestro oasis de tranquilidad durante una semana de trabajo intenso.

La casa es muy amplia, fresca, y bonita. La gente contesta rápido cuando tengamos preguntas. Está ubicado de manera muy conveniente justo fuera del centro histórico y de la carretera federal, lo que hace que es tranquilo y no se huele a gases de escape como en el centro.

Es un poco echo por lo grande.

Extrêmement agréable lieu avec pièces amples

La maison spacieuse et très bien équipée. Fort agréable pour se reposer entre amis.

L'éclairage car des ampoules ne fonctionnaient pas et les douches fuyaient au niveau du tuyau du paumeau. Mais ce sont des détails par rapport à l'extreme agrément de la maison.
