Inside, the house is modern and thoughtfully arranged for holiday living, creating a wonderful space for a relaxing escape with friends or family. The well equipped kitchen and welcoming living area offer plenty of room to relax after a day exploring the countryside, whether you are enjoying an evening meal or simply settling in for a quiet evening indoors. The barn sleeps six guests comfortably across three double bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and mattresses for a good night's sleep. Two modern bathrooms provide plenty of comfort and convenience for guests. There is even undercover garage parking for two cars. Whether you are planning a family holiday, a weekend with friends or a quiet escape for two with a little extra space, Rushbourne Granary will allow you to experience the very best that Kent has to offer. Dogs are very welcome too.

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
