On the first floor, you will discover a large living room of 50 m² with a warm living room, fireplace, television and Internet access—perfect for moments of relaxation in all seasons. A fully equipped independent kitchen with dining area and a laundry room complete this convivial space.
Outside, enjoy two large terraces facing east and west, ideal for enjoying your breakfasts at sunrise or your dinners facing the sunset. The 900 m² enclosed garden with private driveway guarantees you calm, privacy and space.
The house can comfortably accommodate several people thanks to a bedroom on the first floor and two bedrooms upstairs. You also have two bathrooms, two separate toilets, as well as a mezzanine with desk and sofa, perfect for teleworking or relaxing.
