A view of the mountains right from your bed: Our Comfort Double Room (35–45 m²) offers you a unique living experience with a breathtaking mountain view from the balcony. The spacious room is equipped with a comfortable box-spring bed and a sleeper sofa for two additional guests, making it ideal for couples or small families.
Children up to age 6 stay for free; children ages 6–15 receive a 50% discount. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a safe, cable TV, heating, and a modern bathroom with a rain shower and hairdryer.

Its exposed location offers an impressive panoramic view of Lake Zell and the surrounding Alpine mountains.

In winter, a ticket for the mountain railways on the day of arrival and departure is included. • Parking options: Various options are available at the Schmittenhöhebahn valley station (please reserve in advance).
