About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency offers this charming air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in the town of Samazan. It has a surface area of 230 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It comprises an attractive 95 m² living room, a large fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two shower rooms and a garden of around 9,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 95 m² living room with TV, a large sofa and a dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180x200), desk area and en-suite shower room
- Bedrooms 2 & 3: each with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 4: a double sofa bed
- Shower room
- Two separate WCs
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 32 m² private swimming pool, covered and heated from April to October (dates non-contractual and subject to change)
- A beautiful 9,000 m² garden, enclosed and private
- A 100 m² south-facing terrace with furniture and a 15 m² summer kitchen to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Samazan, in the heart of the countryside, in very pleasant and peaceful surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Landes de Gascogne Regional Nature Park 35 km away
- Bordeaux 87 km away
- Numerous walks and hikes in the surrounding area
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (any type of vehicle).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Gare de Bordeaux - Saint Jean 85 km away
- Nearest airport: Bordeaux Mérignac airport, 90 km away
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wifi available (fibre optic)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

- There are security cameras outside the accommodation but they are not operational (not connected).
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
