About this house rental
The Mas Contemporain is located in the town center of the village of Dun-le-Palestel in the heart of the Creuse.
Small village with all the necessary amenities.
The house is decorated with great taste and thought out to welcome you, and that you have an excellent stay.
On the first floor, you will discover:
- A very large living room with high ceilings, living room dining room and fully equipped open kitchen: oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine + filter coffee maker and all the necessary kitchen equipment.
- A bedroom with a double bed 160x200 with its en-suite shower room.
- A room used as a gym with a few appliances and exercise bike and games room with a table football.
Large walk-in shower very practical because it opens directly onto the bathroom on the terrace on the spa side.
- A separate toilet
- A washing machine is present in the accommodation
All rooms on the first floor have access to the outside.
Upstairs you will discover the sleeping area:
- Two bedrooms with double bed 140x190
- A bedroom with two single beds
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
- An additional bed is on the floor mezzanine, a 140x190 sofa bed equipped with a good mattress.
All rooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning.
The garden is very nice with a small petanque court, a spa, and on sunny days garden furniture is set up.
You can park a vehicle in front of the gate, and free parking spaces in front of the accommodation.
