The Space:
Please note: this property requires a minimum stay of 4 nights. 16A ground floor is a single-storey annex consisting of a kitchen/living room with electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer, kettle, and toaster, and sitting area with TV, along with a dining room with dining seating for four people. The bedroom is a double with en-suite shower room. Outside, there is a non-enclosed terrace with furniture and off-road parking for one car. One well-behaved dog welcome - please keep out of bedroom. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop and pub in 0.3 miles, and a beach in 0.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. All of this awaits at 16a ground floor. Note: Stairs up to terrace - please take care. Note: Terrace is shared-access with Rosa and we ask you not to sit in front of their front doorway. Please note that 16A and Rosa are not entirely suitable for those with mobility issues since Torquay is built on 7 hills and in order to get amazing views, they are half way up one of the town centre hills. However, they both offer private driveway parking and those using their cars will not be troubled at all
