Below Deck is a spacious one-bedroom apartment located on the lower ground floor of the owner’s home. Torquay has many hills it was historically built on ‘seven hills’ which provide the backdrop to a waterfront scene down in the marina, pier and seafront. The property is based in a quiet residential part of Torquay, although conveniently just a 10-minute walk down hill into town or an 18-minute walk to the beach, marina and the English Riviera’s coastline.
The apartment is furnished to a very high standard, and the galley kitchen is well equipped with quality kitchenware and appliances. The large living/dining room is the perfect space to read a book in front of the cosy glows of the wood burner or enjoy a film on the Smart TV. There’s also a handy study area here in case you should need to get any urgent emails done whilst away. There is a pretty enclosed patio area at the front entrance secured by a gate with outdoor seating; the perfect spot to enjoy a refreshing glass of something after a busy day exploring Torbay. As the evening draws to a close, discover the stylish super kingsized bedroom which leads off the living room, and there’s an adjacent shower room with luxurious floor to ceiling tiles and contemporary fittings.

I can’t recommend this beautiful apartment highly enough.The owners have created a perfect holiday home with so many touches of luxury. It is perfectly situated to explore Dawlish, Teignmouth, Babbacombe, Torquay. Paignton and Brixham.Yes it’s a fair few steps down to walk into Torquay but if you know Torbay it is quite a hilly place.We loved our stay here and wouldn’t think twice about returning 🥰

Little difficult to find, but we had drove past it twice. Should have checked on Google maps first. Accommodation faultless, everything was high end and top quality. Nice seating area outside to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine.It's a 20 minute walk into to town which was ideal for us so we could have a meal and a couple of drinks. Would recommend a Taxi back as the walk is a little steep. Overall a fantastic holiday thank you.
