Here you can indulge in a hearty meal, before heading upstairs to the sitting room to recline with a good book. The garden space encourages guests to dine alfresco, offering a patio space and a selection of mature shrubs. On the first floor is a large, comfortable sitting area, with a modern electric fire to take the chill off any cold days. You will also find the first of 3 bathrooms with shower, basin, toilet with the bonus of dual access from the landing and the single bedroom. On the second floor there is a double with en-suite shower room and a twin room, serviced by a bathroom. Fremington is a town offering a selection of amenities, including convenience stores, a selection of pubs, and walks along Fremington Quay. There are more cafés, pubs, and restaurants available in the bustling town of Barnstaple, as well as a glimpse into history at the Museum of Barnstaple & North Devon, and access to the Tarka Trail. Westward Ho! offers a delightful sandy beach, and from here you can visit attractions such as Bideford Railway Heritage Centre, Combe Martin Wildlife & Dinosaur Park, and The BIG Sheep theme park. avid walkers and birdwatchers will enjoy a hike through Hartland Cornwall Heritage Coast the incredible Exmoor National Park. First-floor sitting room with electric fire. Kitchen/diner. Gas central heating. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. Smart TV, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking should be available for one car, for an additional vehicle, please park in front of the designated garage in the block behind the house - please avoid parking in front of the neighbours house.
