The cottage has four bedrooms (three doubles - one with an ensuite - and one with bunk beds) and a family bathroom, making it suitable for eight people. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen with a dining area, a conservatory, and a first floor sitting room. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed patio garden with outdoor furniture, a barbecue and a gate to the river. Just a couple of miles from Whitby and in close proximity to the moors, Water's Edge is a superb family holiday home in this beautiful part of Yorkshire.

Just two miles inland from the seaside resort of Whitby and the Yorkshire Coast is the quiet little North York Moors village of Ruswarp. As well as a nine-hole golf course, this quaint little place also enjoys the use of a village pub and shop as well as both sea and river fishing facilities. The river which runs through town provides excellent opportunities for a boat ride, or just a few minutes away is the local miniature steam railway. With so much to do in the area, this is an excellent base for those looking to enjoy the Yorkshire Coast.
