The living areas in this ground-floor property consist of a kitchen/diner, a utility, and a sitting room with multi-fuel stove. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two king-sizes with en-suite shower rooms, and two twins can be made into kings upon request, serviced by a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside, there is an unenclosed decking area with hot tub, along with available parking. Within 4 miles you'll find a shop, a pub in 4 miles, and .1 mile from the waterfront. Please note, this property welcomes one well-behaved dog please ensure it is kept to the social areas only, not in the in the bedrooms or soft furnsishing, but is non-smoking.
