The house and its facilities:This newly built holiday home can accommodate 8 guests and a child. The open and bright rooms create an inviting atmosphere, and the stylish interior design shows a focus on quality and detail. The heart of the home is the large living room, where the kitchen-dining room and the cozy sofa area merge. The bathrooms are spacious and elegantly decorated, which emphasizes the high standard of the house. Bed distribution: 4 double beds and 1 cot. Outdoor life and relaxation:When the weather is good, there is ample opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. The holiday home has several terraces located so that you can always find sun or shelter. The screened outdoor spa offers the opportunity to relax in private surroundings. The beach is less than a kilometer away and has lifeguards in the high season. In addition, you will find shopping, transport options and restaurants within a short distance. The city center is only a short walk away. The house is non-smoking, and youth groups are not allowed.Important Note – • Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year. • A refundable deposit may be required prior to arrival to cover consumption and any extras. Final charges will be based on actual consumption and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days of check-out. • Lost items will be returned for a postage fee plus a handling fee of DKK 150. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. • Keys are to be dropped off and returned via the on-site key box. • Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted to rent the property. Smoking is prohibited. • Utilities are charged according to consumption and are not included
